This is the very best non-fat desert/snack/breakfast/treat you could

1 32 oz. container of fat free french vanilla yogurt
1 pkg. of Jello's new fat free pudding

Instructions
blend both ingredients in blender. Then, blend in some of your
favorite fruit.
I used the chocolate pudding and added strawberries. But you can add
bananas or raspberries, or any fruit you wish.
