1 cup water
1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce (preferably Granny Smith)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

3. Roll into rectangle or circle to fit your pizza pan.
4. Spray pan with cooking spray and place dough on it.
5. Turn excess dough under to form outer crust.

8. Preheat oven to 500°F.
9. Pre-bake crust for 3 minutes.

11. Bake 5-7 more minutes until crust browns.
TIP: Place fat-free cheese on bottom, under sauce, to prevent it from becoming rubbery.
