Incredibly Easy Lasagna

Simple, healthy lasagna with lots of vegetables. Uses no-boil noodles for convenience!
Ingredients
3 tablespoons A-1 steak sauce
1 jar (32 oz) Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce
8 oz uncooked lasagna noodles
2 cups fat-free ricotta or cottage cheese
2 cups fat-free mozzarella cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Bell pepper and onions, sautéed
Shredded carrots, zucchini, or other vegetables
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach, thawed and drained (optional)
Instructions
1. Sauté bell pepper, onions, and vegetables in small amount of fat-free margarine.
2. Mix in A-1 and spaghetti sauce.
3. Spray 9x13" pan with cooking spray.
4. Cover bottom with sauce mixture.
5. Layer: noodles, cheeses. Repeat with sauce, noodles, cheeses.
6. End with cheeses on top.
7. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
8. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
